In designs which a pattern is repeated all over the rug in both longitudinal and transverse directions, is called repetitive (Vagireh) design. As it can be seen motif of Shah Abbasi flower with a simplified vase is repeated throughout the rug. The Shah Abbasi flower used in this rug symbolizes the red flower and the cup of life. This design was created by Master Ali Rashtizadeh, the founder of Qom silk rug, inspired by the design of the rug weaving area of Shahr-e-Babak, Kerman, and is deemed to one of the museum's unique art works. This art work was devoted to Farhangestan Art Museum by Master Ali Rashtizadeh in the first gathering of the forgotten treasures of Iranian art in 2007.
