At first, Mr. Mohammad Reza Rashtizadeh, the head of the Qom Handwoven rug Employers Association, said that overall, good meetings, discussions, and solutions were presented, but no extraordinary work was done, which indicates a weakness in the operational area. He made the following suggestions regarding the new year's programs

Taking responsibility for each person based on the specified time
Tourism tour for prominent decorators in Tehran to introduce Qom handwoven rug and their infrastructure
Strengthening rug branding
Mr. Abolfazl Khoshshab, a Qom handwoven rug manufacturer, said that handwoven rug are not specific to Qom and are not bought and sold in Iran as a whole, so it is better to conduct television advertisements in coordination and cooperation with the National Rug Center so that buying and selling can flourish
